We ship UPS orders out on Mondays and Tuesdays via UPS Ground. Transit time once shipped should be about 24-48 hours. Your order will be packed safely in an insulated box with dry ice.

Delivery is carried out by Jakk Ranch in a refrigerated vehicle. Therefore, your order will not be packed in insulated containers. You will receive a text message with an ETA when your order is out for delivery. Please make sure that you enter your mobile number accurately as you checkout.
